Support M&A tax engagements from due diligence through structuring and transaction modeling. Perform tax due diligence, prepare and analyze transaction tax data, assist with restructuring and tax research, review work of junior staff, and collaborate with Managers and Partners to deliver high-quality client deliverables on multiple deals.

Lead and review complex individual, multi-state, trust, and estate tax compliance and planning for high net worth clients. Provide technical subject-matter expertise, advise on wealth preservation strategies, manage client relationships, mentor team members, and support practice growth and process improvement.
