Builds relationships with prospects, brokers, and consultants; supports territory expansion strategy; ensures franchisees meet financial and operational standards; and collaborates with marketing, legal, and support teams. Requires franchise development experience, strong sales and negotiation skills, CRM proficiency, and knowledge of franchise legal requirements and unit economics.
