Own production reliability, observability, incident management, platform automation, CI/CD, and cost optimization across AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and on-premises environments. The role requires expertise across endpoint management, networking, identity integration, scripting, and virtual environments.

Manages PERA’s proxy voting program and investment stewardship initiatives, including governance research, voting analysis, reporting, policy development, vendor evaluation, and stakeholder communications. Evaluates legislative, regulatory, and investor-led developments and their portfolio impacts. Supports engagements with portfolio companies, trains staff, presents to the PERA Board, and recommends process and technology improvements.
