Conduct legal research on New Mexico personal injury and premises liability matters, monitor legal developments, and draft motions, briefs, memoranda, discovery analyses, and pleadings. Collaborate with trial attorneys and team leads to anticipate defense arguments, support settlement and mediation efforts, prepare for trial, and deliver timely, persuasive work product. The role is Monday through Friday, remote-eligible, and requires no court appearances.
