Serve as single point of contact for customers and internal teams, maintain schedules and financials, manage change orders, ensure on-time execution with ERP/MBS/CRM recordkeeping, and produce status reports for leadership.

Manage Sunward's third-party manufacturing and component supplier relationships, handling procurement end-to-end, vendor performance, quality compliance, onboarding, negotiations, and contingency sourcing. Build processes, track KPIs, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and ensure timely, cost-effective delivery of vendor-supplied components while resolving quality issues and maintaining accurate procurement records.
