Provide legal support across corporate matters: manage document repositories, assist with drafting and negotiating agreements, coordinate information flow, support attorneys, maintain templates and compliance logs, drive process improvements, and ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

Provide technical direction, oversee requirements flow, manage supplier relationships, resolve complex optical performance issues, and partner across disciplines to deliver optical systems for fusion and directed-energy programs.

Design, implement, and validate adaptive optics and precision optical control systems for high‑energy laser facilities. Develop real‑time AO control algorithms, integrate sensors and steering mirrors, build TOF-based timing and tracking, perform system modeling and lab/in-situ commissioning, and collaborate across optics, electrical, mechanical, and controls teams to meet performance requirements.
