Set strategy, drive sales execution, manage budgets, coach the team, oversee CRM and pipeline, strengthen partner relationships, guide pricing and competitive positioning, and collaborate cross-functionally to grow profitable ESCO, contractor, and distributor business. Frequent travel to support field coaching and customer engagement.
