Build and improve backend systems (primarily DogByte) supporting hospital workflows. Own projects end-to-end from design to production, collaborate with Product, SRE, and DevSecOps, apply AI tools thoughtfully to developer workflows, and review cross-team work to ensure reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Provide warm, empathetic customer service for veterinary emergency patients: greet customers, manage calls/emails/texts, route urgent medical issues, process payments, update clinical teams, follow up post-visit, and support difficult financial or end-of-life conversations.
