Uses Ticketure and Salesforce to manage memberships, payments, refunds, reports, and member data. Supports marketing communications, training, special events, and customer experience improvements. Requires flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, occasional travel, strong cash management and data entry skills, and at least two years of experience.
