Partner with divisional leaders to deliver HR strategy, organizational design, leadership development, performance management, benefits administration, dispute resolution, and HR metrics. Drive HR programs, intake and triage employee issues, ensure policy compliance, coordinate projects (open enrollment, audits), and support culture and workforce planning across Western US operations.

Lead and develop a People Business Partner team that delivers fast, strategic, field-facing HR support. Use workforce data to drive retention and engagement actions, advise senior leaders, manage change rollouts, support labor/union matters and integrations, and build scalable people processes and operating standards.
