Provide intermediate-to-advanced legal administrative support to attorneys and paralegals: drafting, proofreading, e-filing, billing support, scheduling, travel coordination, file management, and client interaction under supervision. Mentor and train incoming staff.

Draft and prepare retirement and benefit plan documents (SPDs, amendments, IRS submissions), analyze client plans, research basic tax and ERISA issues, determine qualified domestic relations orders, assist with plan maintenance, and provide high-quality client service and plan administration support.

Manage submission of client invoices via e-billing platforms and BillBlast, maintain e-billing rules and client matter data, resolve rejections and appeals, prepare reports, assist with budgets and accruals, and ensure compliance with client billing guidelines.
