The Chief Marketing Officer will lead enterprise-wide marketing strategy, brand development, customer insights, demand generation, and patient acquisition. Responsibilities include building full-funnel campaigns, expanding national brand presence, analyzing markets for facility and service-line growth, improving conversion metrics, adopting AI and automation, and developing the marketing team. The CMO will collaborate with operations, business development, finance, technology, and leadership while strengthening organizational culture and employer branding.

Manage and execute RCA's cybersecurity program: lead audits and vendor risk assessments, run security awareness/phishing programs, oversee vulnerability remediation and MDM, ensure HIPAA/HITECH/NIST compliance, build security reporting, and coordinate incident response and tabletop exercises.
