Supports the marketing department by managing inquiries, maintaining prospect records, conducting community tours, organizing marketing events, assisting with sales conversions, and helping new residents transition into the community. The role also involves coordinating with residents, families, and referral sources while maintaining knowledge of community services and following move-in procedures.

Manages Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, payroll, and administrative HR functions for senior living communities. Serves as Business Office Director when needed, oversees office administration, supervises employees, maintains financial accuracy, interprets budgets and reports, and travels extensively to support communities across the region. Requires flexibility to spend extended periods at assigned communities.

Generate and manage leads, qualify prospective residents, conduct community tours, and guide prospects and families through the move-in process. Develop strategic marketing plans with executive leadership, increase occupancy, execute prospect events, and build relationships with community organizations and professional groups. The role requires strong communication, diligent follow-up, organization, and sales or marketing experience.
