Lead customer-facing projects deploying TMHNA products and automation/operator-assist technologies from prequalification to implementation. Own schedules, plans, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and delivery on time, scope, and budget. Coordinate cross-functional teams, run client meetings, drive continuous improvement, and travel extensively to support execution.
