Administers a portfolio of government subcontracts across IDIQ, cost-plus, fixed-price, and time-and-material arrangements. Supports proposal preparation, pricing, negotiations, FAR/DFARS compliance, subcontractor due diligence, invoice review, risk assessment, reporting, and flow-down of contractual requirements. Coordinates with program stakeholders, contracts administrators, accounting, and domestic and foreign subcontractors. Requires strong understanding of government contracting, CPSR environments, small-business regulations, SCA wage schedules, and compliant subcontract files.
