Schedule and report assignments, support implementation fidelity, facilitate workshops and certifications, consult with teachers and administrators, represent Wilson at events, and support continuous improvement of coaching and presentation practices.

Manage a portfolio of K-12 customers as the primary post-sales contact to drive retention, renewals, and expansion. Deliver high-touch onboarding, training, and enablement (virtual and in-person), analyze customer data, reduce churn, identify upsell opportunities, collaborate with Sales and internal teams, and represent the customer voice to improve products and outcomes.
