Manage covenant compliance, design review, vendor oversight, and resident/stakeholder communications for a master-planned community. Support board governance, prepare operational reports, coordinate maintenance and events, resolve resident concerns, and promote community engagement while assisting with budgeting, contracts, and special projects.
