Coordinates alumni experience initiatives, events, communications, and engagement touchpoints. Maintains project plans, dashboards, databases, records, and alumni lists; prepares reports, briefings, evaluations, and materials; supports cross-team collaboration and workflow improvements; and provides on-site event support as needed. The role requires strong organization, communication, discretion, project coordination, and alignment with InterVarsity’s faith and ministry standards.

Supports InterVarsity’s Creative Labs by designing visual communication materials, developing templates, producing print and digital assets, researching visual concepts, presenting drafts, incorporating feedback, and delivering final files. The intern also maintains design archives, participates in brainstorming and team meetings, provides peer feedback, and develops design skills through training. The role requires Christian commitment, collaboration, organization, initiative, and availability for approximately 10 hours weekly.

Produces print and digital marketing assets, book covers, author support materials, and print-ready files. Coordinates with vendors, manages proofs and art licensing, maintains digital archives and asset databases, and supports designers and internal stakeholders. The role also requires maintaining brand standards, organizing project systems, meeting deadlines, and communicating effectively in a remote team environment.

Serve as an HR consultant and strategic partner to Staff Directors and staff, providing employee relations guidance, compliance, investigations, performance management, recruitment or compensation support, and HR policy interpretation. Partner with the HR team to develop policies, coach HR staff, support workforce planning, and participate in cross-functional projects. Support ministry objectives, raise financial support, and travel for required conferences.

Drive sales and manage a portfolio of academic and special market accounts for InterVarsity Press. Prospect and nurture leads, guide business through the sales process, sell frontlist/backlist titles, collaborate with marketing and editorial, attend conferences and account visits, and consult sales data to inform strategy. Maintain strong product knowledge and relationships while representing IVP at events.

Coordinate recruitment, training, pastoral care, and supervision for InterVarsity Link field staff serving in Africa. Build partnerships with IFES leaders, manage administrative and financial support, organize orientations and ministry events, raise full salary through partner development, and represent InterVarsity in regional conferences and trainings.

Provide strategic, systems-level HR leadership to design and execute people strategy, strengthen HR operations, lead compensation, ensure legal compliance, build and develop HR staff, partner with senior leaders, drive change management, use people data for decisions, and support ministry fund development and travel as required.

Manage stewardship and engagement for legacy (estate and planned giving) ministry partners. Design stewardship strategy, coordinate communications and impact reports, manage projects and tracking systems, partner with gift officers and Communications, and translate ministry impact into compelling stories while providing personalized, pastoral donor care.
