Provide in-house labor law counsel for Blizzard, advising on collective bargaining, labor relations, NLRA matters, grievances, arbitration, and related litigation. Support negotiation strategy, collaborate with HR and Microsoft's labor team, deliver training and communications, and travel as needed for negotiations and events.
