Lead sales and marketing efforts for a senior living community to meet census goals. Manage outreach, referral relationships, tours, admissions coordination, CRM and sales reporting, marketing plans, advertising, and community events. Train backup team, track metrics, and collaborate with leadership to support resident care and confidentiality.

Lead development and execution of integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy, revenue, and brand awareness across multiple senior living communities. Oversee regional and community sales leaders, provide training and coaching, manage vendor relationships (website, CRM, digital campaigns), analyze sales metrics, support acquisitions and budgeting, and travel frequently to support community performance.

Provide tier 1, on-site IT service desk support: manage ticket queue, resolve/basic triage, escalate to tier 2, manage iPhone/iPad via MDM, deliver end-user training, handle vendor/admin tasks, maintain documentation, support HIPAA compliance, participate in on-call rotation and occasional travel.
