Provides desktop and SaaS support for employees and volunteers across multiple locations. Diagnoses hardware, software, network, and application issues; manages tickets, installations, upgrades, patches, inventory, and documentation. Conducts onboarding and user training, supports software rollouts, and assists with facilities-related requests. Requires frequent travel between sites, in-office work five days weekly, occasional evenings and weekends, and driving between locations.
