Own the top of the funnel by creating compelling listings, posting daily on Facebook Marketplace and ILS platforms, qualifying inbound leads, scheduling appointments, and tracking lead metrics in the CRM to generate 500+ leads monthly.

Lead a region of communities, own financial and operational results (P&L, budgets, sales, collections, resident experience), develop and hold Community Managers accountable, manage capital and home readiness projects, integrate acquisitions, ensure compliance and culture, and regularly travel across the region.

Support daily community operations including resident relations, collections, leasing support, and work order management. Assist Community Manager with billing, lease documentation, event planning, and ensuring move-in readiness. Serve as a visible point of contact for residents, escalate issues as needed, and help maintain service standards and timely maintenance resolution.
