Supports multifamily property management by handling rent payments, delinquent accounts, lease and resident file audits, month-end reporting, apartment inspections, lease renewals, and move-out deposit statements. The role also supports resident retention and conflict resolution while coordinating with the Community Manager. It requires sales or service experience, property leasing knowledge, Yardi and Microsoft Office proficiency, a valid driver’s license, and background, drug, and motor vehicle checks.
