Collaborate with operational users, prototype rapidly, debug complex mission logic, and lead/review other developers' work while following CM processes and tooling.

Support full lifecycle systems engineering and integration for mission management software. Derive acceptance criteria, design end-to-end mission test threads, perform root-cause investigations, track dependencies and risks, document designs and test plans, ensure interface consistency across applications, and participate in Agile team ceremonies and cross-organizational collaboration.
