Provide legal and compliance support on campaign finance, nonprofit, and political matters; draft and review contracts and grant agreements; assess state registration and reporting requirements; manage outside counsel and compliance vendors; develop policies, train staff, and prioritize legal workstreams to support the General Counsel and organization.

Lead month-end close and full accounting operations across 5+ affiliated entities. Own financial reporting, internal controls, audit readiness, cash/treasury management, budgeting, variance analysis, grant/contract interpretation, and build scalable finance systems and team capacity.
