Conduct face-to-face sales outreach in storm-affected neighborhoods, inspect roofs and properties, document damage, educate homeowners about insurance restoration, coordinate roofing projects from inspection through completion, work with insurance adjusters, build customer relationships, and generate referrals. Paid training includes a required 180-day program in Dallas, Texas before transitioning to Denver.

The Manager in Training will sell residential roofing and storm restoration services, conduct inspections, guide homeowners through insurance claims, and manage projects. The role also recruits, onboards, coaches, and develops sales representatives while driving accountability and personal production. Candidates complete a paid 180-day leadership program in Dallas before returning to help build Heritage’s Denver sales organization.
