Supports full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, candidate communication, offers, pre-employment requirements, onboarding, recruiting events, pipeline development, reporting, and ATS maintenance. Partners with hiring managers and HR to fill security and corporate roles, improve recruiting processes, ensure compliance, and provide a strong candidate experience. The remote role requires occasional domestic travel to career fairs, military transition events, conferences, and industry partnerships.
