Lead creation and governance of product documentation for a healthcare SaaS platform. Plan documentation, produce user guides, release notes, and enablement materials; collaborate across Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Support; manage content lifecycle, audits, and continuous improvement to drive adoption and usability.
