Owns Sales-to-Project handovers, risk mitigation, profitability reviews, approvals, dashboards, lessons learned, and continuous process improvement. The role requires extensive cross-functional leadership across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Legal, and Project Management in an engineered-to-order or capital equipment environment.
