Lead enterprise application engineering strategy, architecture, DevOps, integrations, automation and AI enablement. Scale distributed engineering teams, standardize SDLC and API-first patterns, drive modernization, ensure security and compliance (HIPAA, SOC 2, ISO 27001), and optimize engineering productivity, cost discipline, and vendor/integration governance.

Serve as TACT's primary front-line contact, managing phones, emails, orders, shipping, billing, attendance updates, and administrative support for events, marketing, and vendor relations. Maintain professionalism, organization, and timely follow-up to support clients, families, staff, and partners.

Manage full sales cycle for Single Stop's SaaS, including prospecting, pipeline development, demos, proposal negotiation, and closing. Drive revenue across government, education, nonprofit, and enterprise sectors while collaborating with product, marketing, and customer success.
