Support maintenance, optimization, and upgrades of campus mechanical systems (HVAC/R, boilers, pumps, plumbing). Plan and manage projects, perform root cause analysis, preventive maintenance, code compliance, and small-scale designs. Liaise with craftsmen and engineers, prepare cost estimates and reports, lead reliability and asset assessment processes, and ensure DoD/OSHA/environmental standards and installation access requirements are met.
