Manage AV/LV construction projects as primary point of contact for clients, trades, GC, and reps. Own scope, scheduling, budgets, change orders, quality control, blueprint reading/markups, work orders, and status updates in iPoint while working onsite through all implementation phases.

Lead and develop the field team to deepen member and vendor relationships, identify mutual needs, design solutions, drive sustainable growth, represent the organization at events, partner with the CEO on strategy, and prepare as a succession path to CEO.
