Develop visual concepts, adapt assets across channels, support WordPress landing pages, use generative AI tools, and contribute to video and motion graphics. Collaborate with marketing and creative teams, use performance data to refine designs, maintain brand standards, prepare production-ready files, and manage multiple deadlines. The hybrid role includes regular travel between properties and occasional event or shoot work.

Processes bi-monthly sales commissions and incentive payments, prepares checks and ACH batches, reconciles bank, payroll, medical claims, credit card, escrow, and construction accounts, and records monthly journal entries. Collaborates with Accounting, Sales, Data Analytics, HR, and Internal Audit to resolve discrepancies and secure approvals. The role also mentors peers, trains new staff, improves processes, supports department initiatives, and provides accurate internal customer service.
