The Manager, Cost Accounting oversees cost accounting for semiconductor manufacturing, ensuring accurate inventory valuation and financial reporting while leading a team and partnering with operations to drive cost performance.

Lead development and scaling of financial analytics: build data models, dashboards, and reporting; translate financial data into executive insights; embed predictive analytics; partner with Finance, IT, and business units to improve data quality, governance, forecasting, and automation.

Design, analyze, prototype, and validate complex mechanical and electro-mechanical subsystems (cryogenic focus) for semiconductor test equipment. Perform modeling, tolerance analysis, thermal/heat-transfer work, root-cause analysis, documentation, verification testing, and customer-facing technical support. Drive manufacturability, reliability, and cost-performance trade-offs.
