The Associate Attorney will join a litigation team, managing federal and state regulatory issues, engaging with clients, and working on various legal matters, including trials and court hearings.

Work as a law clerk conducting substantive legal research and writing across environmental, conservation, land use, infrastructure, project finance, tribal, and renewable energy matters. Participate in mentoring, weekly practice meetings, and collaborative, cross-office projects. Fall/Spring clerks work 15–20 hours/week; Summer clerks work 40 hours/week.
