Leads enterprise network and systems infrastructure, including Microsoft cloud and identity services, endpoints, telephony, cybersecurity controls, backups, property technology, and service desk operations. Supervises technical staff, manages service performance and vendors, delivers infrastructure projects, maintains governance and documentation, and oversees disaster recovery. Develops automation, manages budgets and lifecycle planning, communicates operational risks, and travels regularly to housing properties for onsite support.
