Lead end-to-end client onboarding and service expansion projects, managing plans, governance, risks, testing, training, launch and hyper-care. Own budgets, forecasts, MQL/SQL definitions, experimentation, and team leadership to improve conversion, cross-sell, and revenue outcomes.

Manage payoff, HOA, and lien requests; track and maintain accurate escrow/title files; deliver customer service to internal and external partners; follow standardized workflows to meet closing timelines and ensure compliant, audit-ready documentation in a high-volume environment.

Drive franchise growth across assigned West Coast and Midwest territories through prospecting, relationship building, market analysis, and deal advancement. Partner with the RVP to qualify leads, present to executives, manage the sales pipeline using CRM, run market visits and events, negotiate deals, and contribute to territory planning and closed business. Role requires frequent travel and remote independent work.
