Serve as the internal CRM and technology strategy expert, designing scalable CRM architecture, data governance, and business solutions. Partner with IT, vendors, and stakeholders to define requirements, evaluate emerging technologies (including AI), and improve processes, reporting, and user experience across the enterprise.

Coordinate and produce high-quality proposals, qualifications packages, presentations, and marketing collateral using InDesign and Microsoft Office. Manage proposal schedules, contract documentation, and stakeholder input while ensuring accuracy, branding consistency, and timely delivery across multiple service lines.

Design elevator, escalator, and moving-walk layouts; produce and coordinate Revit/CAD drawings with project teams, consultants, and architects; research and apply codes/specifications; manage project tasks, schedules, and client communication.

Coordinate and maintain drafting schedules, distribute work orders to designers, track project progress, manage QA/QC and reporting (Deltek, Trello), assist with file transfers and consultant communications, maintain software/licenses/assets/SharePoint, and produce regular status and efficiency reports.

Support project financials from setup through closeout: create and maintain project records, monitor budgets and WIP, prepare invoices and project financial reports, assist with forecasting, ensure compliance with accounting policies, support month-end close and audits, and drive process improvements to support project teams and cash flow.

Administer and support Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Purview and related cloud tools; troubleshoot hardware, software, network and endpoint issues; support business applications; maintain backup/disaster recovery; partner on security, compliance, and infrastructure projects; mentor junior staff and document procedures for a distributed, multi-office workforce.
