Provide customer support and order processing via phone, email, and chat; troubleshoot, document interactions, manage Zendesk tickets, process orders/returns, track shipments, assist sales with outbound calls, and maintain product and policy knowledge.

Support the children's publishing team by coordinating projects from planning through production and promotion. Manage schedules, track deliverables, liaise with marketing, editorial, production, and sales, conduct market research, coordinate events and vendors, maintain brand files, and prepare reports and presentations.
