Lead and supervise HR data operations, maintain HR information systems and data integrity, produce reports and analytics for HR stakeholders, manage a small team, ensure compliance and support HR projects to inform workforce decision-making.

Provide targeted school support to improve literacy outcomes by designing and facilitating professional learning cycles, coaching teacher leaders, analyzing assessment data, supporting curriculum adoption, and promoting culturally responsive practices for multilingual learners, with a focus on Spanish literacy.

Performs intermediate office duties supporting school/department operations: data management and reporting, payroll and timekeeping, budget and invoice tracking, purchasing and accounting documents, stakeholder assistance, and occasional delegated student safety duties per district procedures.
