Coordinate engineering, product, sales, and business development teams while translating technical requirements into executable plans. Support proposals and business growth, and operate across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery environments.

Develop scalable, secure backend satellite mission-operations software using Python and AWS. Build APIs, integrate cloud services, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance and costs, and automate processes. Contribute to generative AI integrations, DevSecOps, CI/CD, and software architecture. Collaborate with frontend engineers and product managers in an Agile Scrum environment while maintaining high standards for reliability, quality, and security.

Build internal software and AI-powered systems that connect Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Programs, and Operations. Responsibilities include integrating SaaS tools, APIs, databases, LLMs, and AI agents; automating workflows; creating systems that translate product specifications into engineering work; maintaining synchronized documentation; supporting controlled government proposal workflows; and improving how employees and agents collaborate.

Lead and scale Quindar’s corporate IT function across Tier 1/2 support, onboarding and offboarding, endpoint management, identity and access, enterprise software, office technology, and remote support. Establish SLAs, improve processes, manage vendors and projects, resolve incidents through root-cause analysis, and partner with Cybersecurity on CUI hardening and compliance. Build on-site IT capabilities in Washington, DC while remaining hands-on and developing the team.

Drive the CEO’s highest-priority initiatives, prepare executive and board communications, manage leadership cadence and follow-through, and lead ambiguous strategic projects. The role coordinates across Growth, Product, Engineering, Programs, and Operations, supports national-security-related engagements, and helps with metrics, planning, partnerships, fundraising, hiring, and critical customer situations.

Lead Quindar’s finance function through growth, owning FP&A, financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, audits, controls, government contract finance, capital planning, and fundraising support. Build scalable finance processes and infrastructure, oversee outsourced accounting and audit partners, manage board and investor reporting, guide departmental budgets, and hire and develop the finance team. Ensure compliance with GAAP, DCAA/FAR-oriented requirements, cost accounting, and ITAR regulations.

Own the vision, roadmap, and lifecycle of Quindar’s Mission Planning capabilities across Plan and Portal products. Translate mission objectives into executable spacecraft and ground operations plans, improve scheduling and constraint-aware automation, and design workflows for diverse mission stakeholders. Conduct user research, define requirements and success metrics, collaborate with engineering and design, and lead prioritization, launch, and iteration for complex technical products.

Define and deliver integrated satellite ground system architectures from opportunity through verified mission deployment. Lead solution architecture, requirements, V&V, proposal support, and cross-functional technical alignment with sales, product, engineering, and customers. Advise product roadmap based on mission needs and ensure mission delivery and acceptance.
