Lead instructional coaching and teacher development to drive student achievement. Manage and develop special education teachers, coordinate IEPs/504s and contracted service providers, implement progress monitoring and data cycles, ensure legal compliance, and support inclusive instructional practices. Serve on campus leadership, run weekly special education team meetings, provide parent communication and staff PD, and contribute to school-wide systems and duties to improve outcomes for students with disabilities.
