Owns day-to-day bookkeeping across eleven stations and cost centers, including general ledger maintenance, station-level P&Ls, AP, corporate card coding, bank and credit card reconciliations, debt schedules, and monthly close support. The role delivers accurate, audit-ready financials to leadership, coordinates payroll-related GL entries, and independently identifies inconsistencies. It requires strong QuickBooks Online, Excel, reconciliation, and multi-location accounting expertise.
