Manage client insurance accounts as primary contact, handle servicing lifecycle tasks (quotes, binders, endorsements, certificates, claims, renewals), maintain agency management system, assist customers in person and by phone, and support cross‑selling and other duties as assigned.

Oversees daily branch operations and assists the operations manager. Supervises staff, performs customer-facing banking tasks, ensures compliance with policies, reviews reports and audits, assists with budgeting, and promotes bank services within the community.

Responsible for outside insurance sales and service, business development, client communication, and community involvement to build a book of business.

Originates loans, develops customer relationships, reviews applications, and ensures proper documentation for mortgage loans.

The Mortgage Originator originates loans for resale, develops customer relationships, evaluates loan applications, and ensures compliance with guidelines.

The Insurance Producer is responsible for outside sales of insurance products, new business development, client risk assessment, and maintaining effective communication with clients and partners.
