Manage and grow partnerships across Gulf states to meet revenue targets. Conduct outreach to government and nonprofit partners, write proposals and grants, track pipelines in Salesforce, produce reports and outreach materials, coordinate with internal teams, and travel for site visits and events (~15-20%).

Manage and coordinate processing, drafting, execution, and modification of public and private funding agreements. Monitor workflows, ensure quality assurance, compliance with federal requirements, and maintain pipelines and reporting. Support cross-departmental coordination, process improvements, and training under the guidance of the Senior Manager, Agreements.
