Prepares, evaluates, negotiates, and administers subcontract and procurement documents. Conduct full-cycle recruiting for federal government contract positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, and onboarding coordination. Build talent pipelines, manage multiple requisitions, maintain compliant ATS records, and analyze recruiting metrics. Partner with hiring managers, Operations, Security, HR, and program leaders on staffing needs, clearance requirements, workforce planning, and process improvements. Represent the company at recruiting and veteran events while ensuring OFCCP and federal contractor compliance.

Owns the lifecycle, security, and administration of company devices, Mac MDM, user accounts, endpoint controls, networks, servers, backups, logging, and vulnerability remediation. Supports field deployments and customer-site infrastructure, maintains IT policies and documentation, coordinates shared services with parent-company IT, evaluates new tools, and communicates project risks and tradeoffs to leadership.

Build and maintain scalable microservices, APIs, and responsive React/TypeScript UIs for a modular security-operations platform. Integrate sensors and devices, implement real-time features (WebSockets, Kafka), design data models, participate in CI/CD, code reviews, sprint planning, and optimize full-stack features in a DevOps environment.
