Leads enterprise-wide fundraising revenue growth across a portfolio of chapters. The role requires relationship-based fundraising expertise, successful high-value solicitations, change leadership, coaching, and up to 20% travel.

Monitors and triages security alerts, investigates and documents incidents, supports identity and access management, vulnerability remediation, security awareness, phishing simulations, incident response, and security control checks. Collaborates with IT teams and an MSSP to resolve security issues, tune security tools, maintain documentation, and escalate threats. Manages Make-A-Wish’s in-kind Cruise Line program, coordinating booking requests and supporting chapters. Partners with Corporate Alliances, Medical Affairs, Finance, vendors, donors, and the cruise line to optimize program use, develop processes and training, track utilization, report outcomes, synthesize feedback, and maintain documentation. The role requires travel-planning experience, strong communication and organization, Microsoft Office expertise, discretion with sensitive information, and occasional travel up to 10%.

Serve as a strategic HR advisor partnering with business leaders to drive people strategy, workforce planning, organizational design, and employee relations. Lead change management, performance and talent management, compensation support, and HR programs to build high-performing, inclusive teams aligned to the mission. Provide policy guidance, leave management support, and deliver HR projects to meet organizational goals.

Lead and execute integrated national brand campaigns and drive-period activations. Coordinate stakeholders, develop creative assets and toolkits, manage media and partner deliverables, collect performance data, support budgeting/RFPs and vendor management, and run campaign planning and post-campaign evaluations to grow brand reach and revenue.
