Leads the company’s FP&A function, owning the operating P&L, budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, KPI reporting, and executive insights. Leads enterprise workforce planning strategy, forecasting, scenario modeling, headcount and labor planning, organizational capacity analysis, and planning governance. Partners with executives, Finance, Business Operations, Talent Acquisition, and People teams to align workforce investments with business objectives and budgets. Develops workforce dashboards, analyzes hiring, attrition, productivity, and talent movement metrics, and provides data-driven recommendations to support organizational growth and decision-making.

Provide commercial legal support for project financings of data center and power infrastructure projects: draft and negotiate financing documents, advise stakeholders, manage deal teams and due diligence, ensure compliance with green loan requirements, and support portfolio financing strategies.

Provides proactive support to multiple C-suite executives by managing complex calendars, meetings, offsites, travel, expenses, documents, workflows, and follow-through on priorities. Coordinates with the Executive Assistant team, handles sensitive information confidentially, supports special projects, and improves executive support processes. The role requires strong organization, communication, judgment, discretion, and adaptability in a fast-paced startup environment.

Owns the Development organization’s digital transformation by selecting and implementing core technology platforms, establishing data governance, building dashboards and KPIs, and partnering with Data Engineering to create reliable reporting infrastructure. The role drives tool adoption through training and change management, collaborates with cross-functional teams to align workflows and reporting, and continuously improves data quality, dashboards, and processes. Requires strong business systems, data, reporting, stakeholder management, and SQL capabilities.

Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and operational data center roles: partner with hiring managers, source candidates, screen, coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, maintain ATS (Ashby), build talent pipelines, and report recruiting metrics.

Support business development throughout the customer lifecycle: market and customer research, lease abstraction, draft term sheets, prepare IC memos, perform financial analyses, track commercial milestones, collaborate cross-functionally, assist lease negotiations, and monitor transactions.
