Directs on-site event operations, equipment and inventory management, staffing, purchasing, quality control, and operational compliance. Leads and develops the operations team, coordinates with sales and event technology leadership, manages resource allocation and operational risk, and supports fiscal responsibility. The role requires extensive audio-visual industry experience, event production knowledge, inventory systems experience, strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. It also involves physical work, long hours, and holiday availability.
