Provides customer-facing commercial loan servicing support, including delinquency outreach, borrower inquiries, covenant and property surveillance, document collection, account maintenance, and issue resolution. Reviews loan documents and servicing records, monitors tax and insurance requirements, processes routine transactions, maintains accurate records, and escalates complex or significant matters. The role requires high-volume call handling, attention to detail, sound judgment, confidentiality, and coordination with internal teams.

Requires extensive mortgage capital markets, securitization, trading, and leadership experience.

Leads SEC filings, regulatory and statutory reporting, accounting policy research, complex transaction analysis, internal controls, audit coordination, executive reporting, and process improvements for a publicly traded mortgage company. Partners across Finance, Operations, Legal, Risk, and Audit while managing and developing financial reporting professionals. Oversees compliance with U.S. GAAP and SEC requirements and supports board materials, earnings releases, and strategic initiatives.

Identify market opportunities, build investor relationships, drive go-to-market and implementation, improve customer experience, and partner cross-functionally to deliver profitable, technology-enabled growth and retention.
